Get on the Fast-Track to a new career with these accredited courses that provide mandatory qualifications, core skills, work experience and dedicated support with finding employment.

Construction Sector – CSCS Card Training and Certification – 6 Weeks

The Fast-Track Construction route will involve a blend of practical learning with theory-based sessions that cover the principles of health and safety on a construction site. You will learn about hazards and risks, safe manual handling, working safely at height and all the main legislation that you need to be aware of to successfully gain a CSCS Labourer card.

Prepare for job roles including Labourer, Site Assistant, Maintenance Worker


Care Sector – Introduction to Care Certificate – 6 Weeks

The Fast-Track Care Sector route will introduce you to the full range of clients and their care needs within settings such as nurseries, supported housing, day centres and residential homes. You will learn about the different types of care you can provide for both health, personal assistance and leisure, gaining a recognised qualification to work in the sector.

Prepare for job roles including – Care Worker, Personal Assistant, Activity Support Worker


Hospitality Sector – Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate – 6 Weeks

The Fast-Track to Hospitality route involves a blend of practical cookery and customer service experience, along with training in how to work safely and hygienically. You will try out various cooking methods, deliver excellent customer service, while learning about food safety legislation, hazards, storage and preparation, achieving a recognised qualification to work in the sector.

Prepare for job roles including – Kitchen Assistant, Serving Staff, Barista

Develop the skills and qualities you need for employment, such as: work independently and as part of a team, being focused and organised, being able to follow instructions and have the confidence to show initiative in the workplace.

Work Placements:

You will benefit from the option of a placement within our network of approved employers and internal work experience opportunities within our café, construction and training services.

Career Planning:

You will be supported by a dedicated Job Coach to ensure that you create a quality CV that will impress employers, complete interview preparation to ensure that you present yourself professionally, along with intense job search to identify suitable vacancies.
